5-Year Warranty
In addition to frame protection, all other manufacturing faults (excluding the frame) are covered for one year from the date of delivery.
What’s Not Covered?
Our guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, whether accidental or intentional
- Failure to maintain the product
- Commercial or institutional use
- Incorrect assembly or improper storage (e.g., damp areas or direct sunlight)
- Items that have been altered after purchase
- Clearance or display products
- Failure to follow the guarantee terms
